Update on Shipment in Canada

Update as of 8/26: Our fulfillment provider located in Toronto has finally received our shipment this morning! We expect to complete all shippings by today or Friday. We apologize for the delay.

Update for those who have made pre-order balance payments this month (mostly in Canada) - Our shipment has arrived in Toronto on August 5. However, we are still having a delay with a Customs clearance. We are doing our best to receive the shipment and fulfill your orders.
